carefully before using the services described
below. By using these services, you acknowledge
that you have agreed to become a party to and
legally bound by these terms and conditions. If
you do not wish to be bound by these terms and
conditions, you may not access or otherwise use
these services.

International Vacation Homes, Inc Virtual Tours:
General Information

An International Vacation Homes (herein referred
to as IVH): Slide Show Tour consists of up to
15 still images. An IVH Standard tour consists
of five virtual tour images and six still images.
An IVH Standard Plus tour consists of five virtual
tour images and twelve still images. An IVH Master
tour consists of 10 virtual images and 18 still
images. If neither agent nor homeowner is present
at the time the tour is photographed, and the
agent has made no prior requests regarding shot
selection, the shots taken will be at the discretion
of the photographer. IVH claims no responsibility
for the photographer’s selection of shots
except in cases of extreme negligence.
Once a tour is processed, it will be posted to
a unique Internet address on the IVH website.
The URL to the tour will be sent to the email
address provided to IVH. This URL can be freely
used to create a link from your own personal website.
There will be a $99.00 per year “web-hosting”
fee for the second year and every year thereafter.
IVH will process each virtual into a panoramic
virtual tour image unless IVH deems it to the
agent’s or homeowner’s best interest
to not exhibit a particular image. This may be
the result of poor lighting, bad weather, decrepit
or unclean room or scene, etc.
For an additional fee, IVH will create and email
a self-extracting executable file containing the
tour files. This file may be reproduced and emailed
to any number of recipients. Note that this file
runs on Microsoft Windows only.
A virtual tour will be posted to the IVH website
only upon receiving required information as specified
at time of scheduling. This information includes
but is not limited to: MLS number, asking price,
address, square footage, the number of bedrooms
and bathrooms. IVH is not responsible for any
delays that are the result of missing or incorrect
information.
Company reserves the right to deactivate the Virtual
Tour listing and terminate contract at the discretion
of IVH at any time for whatever reason. IVH reserves
the right to charge an annual renewal fee for
any tour or listing that is hosted by IVH that
is in our System for over a year in the amount
of $199.00 per year, and for each and every listing
and every year thereafter that listing continues
in the IVH System thereafter, and said listing
and agreement continues, in perpetuity until a
notice is delivered to IVH by Controller stating
specific request for termination of the service
and removal of the listing agreement.
Thereinafter the date of cancellation shall the
actual cancellation of the listing shall apply
to the following year to which the notice is provided
to IVH, therefore the $199.00 renewal fee is due
regardless and irrespective of the notice for
the subject year to which the notice was given
by Controller to IVH.
Accordingly, Controller does hereby authorize
IVH to charge credit card provided in the initial
tour listing amount and then a subsequent renewal
fee of $199.00 at the commencement of the following
year to which the tour was originally purchased,
and each and every year thereafter unless Contract
is cancelled by Controller.
All images and media are the sole property of
IVH. IVH reserves all rights, title, and interests,
to these images, media and content. All images
and media are made available to client until the
property is sold, or listing expires at an additional
cost, at the option of IVH. (Unless otherwise
specified in writing.)

IVH Virtual Tours: Tour Information

The following events will result in a cancellation
fee:
The agent or homeowner must be present at the
scheduled time of the tour, unless otherwise arranged
with IVH.
The home must be clean and presentable at the
scheduled time of the tour.
The client must provide the valid address of the
home at tour purchase.
Any cancellations due to weather except for extreme
circumstances such as a flood, fire, earthquake,
etc. may result in a cancellation fee.
A client may reschedule a tour but must do so
more than twenty-four hours prior to the originally
scheduled time or they will be assessed a cancellation
fee.
A client may substitute one home for another home
in the same area, but must do so more than four
business hours prior to the originally scheduled
time or they will be assessed a cancellation fee.
The IVH photographer will shoot the home as-is.
That is, he/she will not move objects, straighten
or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors,
etc. The photographer will, however, turn lighting
on or off and open or shut blinds if it results
in better images.
Once the photographer has photographed a home,
the tour may not be cancelled. The client will
be charged the full price of the tour.
If an agent is not happy with the photographs
taken of a home, he or she may request a reshoot
within 30 days of ordering the tour. The photographer
will come and take pictures of the same home for
a nominal "re-shoot fee". After 30 days,
the full tour price will be charged.
IVH reserves all rights to update these Terms
and Conditions at any time.
