"My extended family of 16
people ranging in ages from 557 all the way down
to 1 rented both the upstairs and downstairs units
of this great beachhouse. There was plenty of
community space and each family had two bedrooms
to call its own for privacy. The only drawback
to renting both units and having small children
was that we were not comfortable having the kids
go between the units unattended because they had
to travel outside of the house. Very safe area,
the men of the group spent one night playing bocci
ball on the beach and many of the couples took
evening walks along the beach. The parking lot
to the beach was directly in front of the house,
which was great because there is no parking for
the house (the 1 car garage that is advertised
in the description was not available to use because
the owner is storing stuff in it). At $8 per day
per vehicle, we were able to park them in the
row directly across from the house and know that

access. We got an eye full as it was the 4th of
July weekend and it was CRAZY! I would never go
on that weekend. The first few days were great.
