This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, but can sleep up to 10 if necessary. A Master Suite with California King bed and sliding doors opening up to the pool area. Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two Twin beds. There are two indoor full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas cooktop, blender, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker & toaster. The home includes all modern conveniences, with ceiling fans in all rooms in addition to central heat and air conditioning to maximize indoor comfort all twelve months of the year.

Small pets welcome with homeowner's prior approval.

Wireless high speed Internet access permits guests to check email indoors or outdoors. Satelite TV is available throughout the house with TV's and DVD players in the living room and three of the four bedrooms. This fully furnished villa comes complete with high tread count linens, bath towels and pool towels, and plenty of outdoor furniture.
