Hill Street Cottage is 900-square foot guest house in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a complete kitchen, a living room and a dining area. It’s a great setup for a family vacationing in Southern California who wants the freedom of staying in a spacious house with a kitchen. This Craftsman home is perfect for any family wishing to experience the best of Santa Monica and Venice. We're located 3.5 blocks from the beach, within easy walking distance of Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier and 2.5 blocks from Main Street. Main Street has fabulous shopping, famous restaurants (like Wolfgang Pucks’ Chinois) and one of Los Angeles’ best Farmer's Markets on Sunday mornings. The bathroom is off the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that can accommodate three people. We offer a crib and high chair at no extra charge. Most importantly, we live in the front house, so we're available to assist you.
