The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the master bathroom has a separate shower and deep soaking tub for two. There is a 50 inch HDTV plasma with satellite and DVR in the living room. Large living room windows let in lots of light and cool breezes all day into the evening. From the dining room or balcony you can dine and watch the sun rise AND set over the Marina water with 360 degree views.

There is hot tub overlooking the Marina downstairs for your use as well as a gym and a large pool.

The apartment is walking distance from nice restaurants (5 minute walk to the Charthouse and Cheesecake Factory), as well as the restaurants along Venice Beach and Pier (less than a mile). Its a ten minute drive to Santa Monica and easily accessible to all the rest of Los Angeles including Hollywood, Burbank, Westwood, Brentwood, and Universal Studios as well as all the southern beach towns including Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo etc. Its a one hour drive to Anaheim (Disneyland) and a two hour drive to San Diego (Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World)

Fisherman's Wharf is a quaint fishing village five minutes away - just across the water - where you can rent sailboats, powerboats, and kayaks. My wife and I have gone out many times and seen dolphins, sea lions, and pelicans along with lots of other bird life. There are also many places nearby to rent bicycles and rollerblades (there is a beautiful 24 mile bike path along the ocean) as well as participate in beach and ocean activities.
