the street by two giant oak trees. With two bedrooms / one bath, it
accommodates four guests in comfort. Dogs friendly, please inquire. Freshly
painted, it features these amenities:
Charming vintage kitchen with a 50’s era Wedgewood stove, microwave,
bright red corner booth, a microwave, a coffee maker and a washer & dryer
tucked away in a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans,
utensils and tableware.
French doors open to the garden and deck, with a hot tub/spa seating six and
a natural gas barbeque. The yard is fully enclosed and dog-friendly. Django,
our white German shepherd will even let your pup stay in his dog house.
High-tech goodies include broadband wi-fi, 32” HDTV with 5.1 surround
sound system including DVD/CD player and an iPod dock.
The living and dining rooms feature early 20th century cabinetry and trim, oak
floors and a gas fireplace. Each bedroom has a full bed. The master bedroom
has a memory foam mattress topper. Both beds are extremely comfortable.
New bed linens and towels are provided.
The bathroom has been recently renovated with new low-flow toilet,
refinished tub, and vanity.
Our bungalow is located in the Bungalow Haven neighborhood that includes a
large number of intact Craftsman-era bungalows in a four block square area.
We’re only six blocks from State Street and the Museum of Art and the newly
rebuilt Granada Theater. The Santa Barbara County Bowl is three blocks away.
The beach is two miles by car or bicycle. It’s only a mile to Santa Barbara
Mission and Rose Garden.
