5,000 sq-ft facility is two stories, with 20-ft pine A-frame ceilings on the second floor. It has a washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 dining room tables, cable tv and modem access, 3 fireplaces (for those cozy evenings...), and 7 outside decks with great views of the lake, forest, and ski slopes. There are two large game rooms - one for adults with a pool table and lake view on the second floor, and one for the young of heart, with a heavy-duty foosball table, ping-pong, and other games for kids

Mansion is situated about a block from the entrance to the San Bernardino National Forest, and hiking and exploring the forest is a primary activity for guests at any time of the year. Children can toboggan at numerous locations nearby. Other fun sports are  snowmobile and cross country skiing, when weather permits. There are ski lifts nearby that will carry tobogganners uphill, and other toboggan sites where you just have to use your legs and slip and slide.

Skiing and snowboarding is fantastic at Bear Mt  Resort (about 3 blocks away) and Snow Summit, (about 7 blocks), so the Mansion is one of the favorite sites for skiiers from all over the country. There is a ski locker located inside, near the front door as you first walk in.
