Walk to the beach! This house is ideally located within 50 seconds walking time of San Clemente's beautiful Lost Winds beach path! The path has steps that take you down the bluff to the wonderful Lost Winds beach. The pier and downtown with it's restaurants and shops are also within 20 min walking distance. Our gorgeous 3000 sf Beach house is 1st class, beautifully appointed and is for the discerning vactioner who appreciates the finer things in life. This home is perfect for entertaining, family reunions or other special occasions.

The house is decorated in Tommy Bahama style, with 4 bedrooms plus loft room with queen sleeper and 3 baths and with marble and travertine foors, marble counters, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. Imagine sleeping in a huge upstairs master suite and awakening to views of the Pacific Ocean from every window. The fantastic travertine & granite master bath has a tub and separate shower. Also upstairs is the large loft room which is great for relaxing with friends and family and viewing the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. The large loft room has a queen sleeper, desk for your computer, large t.v, dvd and video with attached deck with great views of the Pacific Ocean. The deck is especially great for watching beautiful Pacific Ocean sunsets over Catalina Island and hearing the sealions bark from seal rock.

Downstairs there is the cozy dining area with additional queen sleeper and with an inviting fireplace. Also downstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen with corian counters is great for cooking family dinners with top of the line Dacor appliances. There is a breakfast bar and a dining area for more formal occasions.

Outside there is a patio, bar-b-que area and garden. Similar houses rent for much more! We love to travel the world too so we price our home low so we don't have to spend any more time than necessary renting it out rather than travelling.

San Clemente is a quaint beach town with fantastic uncrowded beaches, a pier, great restaurants (casual & fine dining), bars, antiques shops, boutiques, and a farmers market! San Clemente is very close to San Juan Capistrano with it's world-famous Mission. It is convenient to fly into LA, San Diego airports (1 hour away) or John Wayne Airport only 35 minutes away
