The unit has new wood flooring and paint. Nice kitchen, great patio with views of Village (Pier Bowl)/water/ & the point of Dana Point, Great area to kick back and BBQ! The complex has a charming 50/60's retro Southern California feel to it. I could not think of a finer/cooler place to stay in San Clemente!
