This property is brand new and have never been occupied. It has 5 bed rooms (one down stairs and 4 up). The king bed is downstairs and the four upstairs are double. Just a short walk to the beach. You do not even have to leave the house to enjoy the sun and water because it has a pool with a patio and outdoor shower.
