A spacious beach house with 1560 sq ft of living space. The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops, and there is a full size washer and dryer and a big screen TV. It has a great feel with all the amenities of home, including an outdoor shower. We have a wonderful private patio deck, with a barbecue and table and chairs for relaxing, dining, or soaking up the sun (see picture). You can also combine this unit with the downstairs for larger groups and enjoy the amenities of both.

The layout includes: large master bedroom with two large closets and a connected full bath. The second bedroom is also large, and the third bedroom is mid-size, with an additional full bath toward the front of the house. The kitchen opens up into the living room and dining room, and there is an excellent ocean view from the west living room window, and a view of the Sea World fireworks from the east window!

The home is close to Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and San Diego's historic Old Town area. La Jolla (the Jewel) is just a few miles north with amazing shopping and restaurants/bars. A visit to our beach house will truly be a memorable one for you and your family.

2 bedrooms 1 bath accommodation. This updated two bedroom lower unit of a duplex has been renovated and is ready for your stay! Just 100 feet from the Boardwalk,Sand and the Ocean. Sleeps 6 to 8. Get your beach towels ready for some fun at the beach. For those of you familiar with Jersey court, you know it is one of the best courts in Mission Beach.

There is a wonderful bricked in patio to sit back and enjoy the sun, BBQ, and have a drink. The interior is spacious and decorated with new furnishings, paint, flooring and appliances. There is a large tandem covered parking area. This is an opportunity to stay in a great unit, and in an awesome location. You can also combine this unit with the upstairs for larger groups and enjoy the amenities of both.
