This 3 bedroom Beach Cottage is a magical place. It sits just 100 yards from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920's and has been in the same family for 60 years. It has just been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, beautiful gardens, large yard, and a great outdoor eating area with a gazebo and a BBQ. Queen beds in bedrooms and a full size sofa bed in living room. We have an extra air mattress for additional sleeping guests upon request.

The 3rd bedroom/studio has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette which is on the 1st floor.

The kitchen has all high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe.

A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. DSL, cable TV/HBO, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, and bikes can be rented for $20 per week. 2 car garage for small to medium sized cars.
