If you like the Mission Beach scene down in San Diego with lots of people and drinking, this is not the rental for you. Encinitas is a much less congested beach neighborhood and this rental is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Palm House is the ideal place for larger groups to come and enjoy the ocean at a price that isn't out of this world. This nicely decorated townhome is just one short block from the ocean with a beautiful sandy state beach to enjoy. You are also within walking distance of many wonderful Encinitas restaurants. Legoland is just five minutes north while Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and other popular San Diego attractions are just 30 minutes away. Encinitas is a much less crowded option with amazing beaches you can walk for mile on.

The unique part of this rental is it is almost like two units in one. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living/family room area on each floor. Put the kids downstairs or maybe another family there. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and dining area on each level of the home.
